Dr Hamal has experiences in journal editing and publication for more than a decade. He was former Assistant Editor of Journal of Nepal Health Research Council (JNHRC). Before joining JNHRC, as an executive editor, he was the executive editor of Journal of Nepal Medical Association (JNMA). He is a scholar member of World Association of Medical Editors (WAME), and a member of Asia Pacific Association of Medical Editors (APAME). He is an Assistant professor and Consultant Anesthesiologist at the Department of Anesthesiology and Intensive Care in National Academy of Medical Sciences, National Trauma Center. He is also a Joint Secretary of Society of Anesthesiologist of Nepal (SAN). He has many publications in field of anesthesia and public health. He has presented in many national and international conferences.
