He is an Assistant Professor at the Department of ENT and Head & Neck Surgery at Tribhuwan University Teaching Hospital. He was engaged as a Medical Supervisor and Chief Consultant at the  ENT Care Center Pvt Ltd Nepal,  a Chief Consultant for the Himal ENT Care Center, Deafness and Vertigo Clinic and Himal Hospital. He also contributed as Editor in Chief for the Journal of ENT and Head & Neck Surgery. He made his contribution in the field of education by involving as a Editor for Nepal Head and Neck Cadaveric Dissection Manual and Chief Editor for Souvenir and Programme Guide: 6^th, 7^th and 8^th Conference of Otolaryngologists of Nepal. Dr. Neupane is a member of Society of Otolaryngologist of Nepal, American Academy of Otolaryngology and Neurootological and Equilibriometric Society.
